There’s a new confirmed case of COVID-19 in Perth County.
Updated data released by Huron Perth Public Health on Wednesday shows the increase in cases by one to 59.
A spokesperson with HPPH was unable to provide any details on the new case to MyStratfordNow other than to confirm it.
Five people have died from the virus in the region and 58 have recovered.
Another 36 tests have been completed over the last day bringing the total to 10, 518.
