An E-bike rider will be walking for the next three months.
The Perth County OPP pulled over the 41-year-old North Perth man shortly before 2:00AM Friday morning on Argyle Street in Listowel.
He failed two breath tests and was charged.
The man lost his licence for 90 days and his vehicle for a week.
