Just over $88-thousand in economic development funding is on the way to the United Way of Perth-Huron from the province.
Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece was in Stratford Thursday afternoon to announce the funding which is coming from the Rural Economic Development Fund.
The UWPH says the funding will go towards an Interactive Information System to assess and improve quality of life.
Ontario has committed $3.3 million in cost-share funding to 58 projects province-wide through the fund.
