Stratford receives over $45-thousand in funding from Ontario

Over $45-thousand in funding is on way to the City of Stratford thanks to the Ontario government.

Perth-Wellington MPP Randy Pettapiece announced on Wednesday that the city will receive up to $45,800 for a planning and development service delivery review project.

The aim of the project is to increase the number of attainable housing units and the funding is coming from the province’s Rural Economic Development program.

Pettapiece made the announcement outside Stratford City Hall along with Mayor Dan Mathieson and investStratford CEO Joani Gerber.
