Justin Bieber is facing another lawsuit.
The Stratford-native and his bodyguard Dwayne Patterson are being sued by a photographer who claims he was put into a chokehold back in November while photographing Bieber in Hawaii leaping from a cliff into the ocean.
He also says his camera was smashed.
