The Kiwanis Club of Stratford is stepping up to help students returning to school.
The club is donating over $5,000 to help fund the Salvation Army’s back to school backpack program.
An estimated 300 students in need will be helped through the program which provides backpacks to students in need.
The program will tailor the contents in each backpack by grade.
So far this year the Kiwanis Club of Stratford has donated over $25,000 to the community
