No new cases of COVID-19 in Huron Perth; active cases continue to decline

There are no new COVID-19 cases in Huron Perth over the last 24 hours. Data also shows that the number of active cases has sharply declined since yesterday (Monday).

Huron Perth Public Health reports there are only two active cases, down from eight yesterday (Monday) even after four diagnoses in asymptomatic healthcare workers over the weekend.  Those people were immediately sent home to self-isolate and Public Health says the risk of active infection remained low.

There are no new outbreaks at long-term care facilities and the death toll remains at five.
