One person charged following break-in near Milverton

One person has been charged and police are searching for another after a break-in.
Around 10:30 in the morning on August 23rd, Perth County OPP received a report of a break and enter in progress on Perth Road 131, just north of Milverton.
They say two males were seen entering a shed on a rural property, and removing items from a red vehicle.
The suspects then fled the scene.
Later that afternoon, police received a call about a suspicious person at an address on Ellen Street, in Atwood.
When police arrived on scene, it was determined that the person had been responsible for the break and enter, and was still in possession of the stolen items.
The vehicle which had been used in the break and enter was stolen from the Kitchener-Waterloo area.
A 38-year-old Kitchener man faces several charges including Theft Under $5000 and Break, Enter a Place – commit indictable offence.
Police say they are still searching for the second suspect.
