Police: Kitchener man faces raft of charges after crime spree

A 23-year-old Kitchener man faces a raft of charges after police say he went on a crime spree.

Huron County OPP were called out around 7:30 Wednesday morning to a rollover crash involving a pickup truck on North Line near Seaforth.

Police say the driver took off from the collision on foot and it was later learned the 2020 model truck had been stolen from Wellington County.

The suspect was found shortly after at a farm on Summerhill Road and officers say they found stolen credit cards and identfication tied to crimes in Perth County, Wellington County and Kitchener-Waterloo on him.

He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
