We could have the chance to watch movies under the stars for a little while longer.
The Movies Under the Stars Parking Lot Edition took place six nights a week since July and has now come to an end but organizers are hoping to keep showing movies and other performances in the Cooper parking lot until Halloween.
City council will vote on a request at their meeting Monday afternoon that events be held every Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening from this Saturday until October 31st.
Monday afternoon’s virtual meeting begins at 3 o’clock.
