There are still four active COVID-19 cases in Huron Perth.
Huron Perth Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Miriam Klassen, gave an update on Thursday afternoon and said the most recent case was in a healthcare worker in Stratford.
She said the case was found through surveillance and there is low likelihood that the virus could have been transmitted.
Dr.Klassen says the worker is self-isolating and will soon be retested.
There have been 127 confirmed cases in the region with 118 recovered.
The death toll remains at five.
