It’s that time of the year again.
The Stratford Garlic Festival hits the city this weekend.
This year’s event features, among other things, celebrity chef appearances, garlic braiding, and the popular Black Box Competition.
Mayor Dan Mathieson will square off against Gary West in the Black Box Competition.
The Garlic Festival is happening at the Old Fairgrounds both Saturday and Sunday.
