Two women are fighting for their lives today after a crash near Stratford.

The Perth County OPP says officers were called to the scene at the intersection of Perth Road 112 and Line 29 just before 7:30 p.m. last night.

A minivan failed to stop at the stop sign and hit a car.

The driver of the van, a 53-year-old from St. Marys, was taken to a local hospital.

The other driver, a 60-year-old from Woodstock, was airlifted to London.
