Miss Vickie’s Recalls Chips Due to Possible Glass Contimination!

Miss Vickie’s Canada is recalling six flavours of kettle cooked chips due to a possible glass contamination.

A piece of glass was found by one individual who had minor dental injuries. The products have been sold in Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia,  Prince Edward Island and Quebec with the best-before dates listed from Dec. 15, 2020, to Jan. 26, 2021 and majority showing Jan. 12, 2021.

The bags of chips that possibly may be affected range from sizes 24 g to 550 g. The flavours that might possibly contaminated are:

  • Applewood Smoked BBQ Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Jalapeño Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Original Recipe Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Spicy Dill Pickle Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Sweet Southern BBQ Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
  • Sweet Chili & Sour Cream Kettle Cooked Potato Chips

Throw the chips out or return them back to your local retailer.
