Immunization clinics for Grade 7 students taking place across Huron and Perth Counties

Huron Perth Public Health is holding community-based immunization clinics across Huron and Perth counties in early December to vaccinate grade 7 students.

HPPH says, typically, the immunization clinics take place in the school setting but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they will be holding community-based clinics to ensure all grade seven students can access these important vaccines conveniently and safely.

The clinics will vaccinate grade seven students against Meningococcal (Meningitis), Hepatitis B, and Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

The Meningococcal vaccine is required for school attendance according to Immunization of School Pupils Act.

The clinic hours are from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and are by appointment only.

Clinics will be held on the following days in the following locations:

  • December 1: Listowel
  • December 2: Exeter, St. Marys
  • December 3: Stratford, Clinton
  • December 7: Mitchell
  • December 8: Wingham
  • December 9: Stratford, Seaforth
  • December 10: Goderich, Milverton

You can book an appointment through the online booking system by clicking here.

If you are unable to book online, you may call to book your appointment at 1-888-221-2133 ext 2025 (Huron) and ext 3291 (Perth).
