A second resident has died in a COVID-19 outbreak at Exeter Villa.
Officials say in a release that a second long-term care resident, who tested positive for the virus, has passed away.
They say their is a total of 39 confirmed cases.
On the long-term care side, there have been 31 total confirmed cases in residents and seven confirmed cases in staff.
On the retirement home side, there is one confirmed case in a resident and no cases among retirement home staff.
A total of 12 resident cases have been resolved: 11 LTC cases and the 1 Retirement home case.
Currently there is only one staff case active.
They say most residents are experiencing mild symptoms, if any at this time, and all affected individuals continue to be cared for at Exeter Villa.
