Three Stratford residents charged after break-in investigation

Three Stratford residents face charges after an investigation into break and enters in the city.

Stratford Police say they were contacted on January 2nd by homeowners with a house on St.David Street who said it had been broken into and ransacked with thousands of dollars worth of items missing.

SPS says they received a number of reports over the holidays of homes in the city being broken into including one on Caledonia Street where a substantial amount of property was taken.

Police say they identified three suspects, a 42-year-old man, a 44-year-old man and a 34-year-old woman and all three were arrested and charged.

Officers later discovered a large amount of stolen goods at a home associated with the three suspects.
