Boris Panovski is behind bars.
The 70-year-old Scarborough man was arrested without incident Sunday.
The OPP says he was taken in at Toronto’s Pearson International Airport as he re-entered the country.
Panovski is suspected of killing Donato Frigo of Caledon on September 13th near Clinton.
He’s been charged with first degree murder and attempted murder and is scheduled to appear in court in Goderich today.
