A new charge has been added in connection with the fatal crash at a London Costco store.
Ruth Burger is now facing an additional charge of criminal negligence causing death.
It’s related to the death of Rhiannon Bozek.
Rhiannon’s pregnant mother and two sisters were hit by a car that had reversed into the store on July 25th.
The child had to be delivered by emergency Caesarean section and died a short time later.
Six-year-old Addison Hall lost her life the crash as well.
