HPHA expands COVID-19 Assessment Centre to Saturdays

The COVID-19 Assessment Centre in Stratford is expanding its hours.

The Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance says the centre, located at the Stratford Rotary Complex, will now be open from 9 o’clock in the morning until 5 o’clock in the afternoon on Saturdays.

Officials say over 25,000 COVID-19 tests have been done at the centre since it opened last November.

If you’re a resident in Huron and Perth and concerned you have COVID-19 you’re asked to use the province’s online assessment and if you’re a candidate for testing you’ll be referred to the assessment centre.
