There’s a new General Manager at the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority.
The UTRCA says Tracy Annett will be taking over in the position from the retiring Ian Wilcox on April 6th.
Annett has worked for the authority for 24 years and has been the Manager of Environmental Planning and Regulations Unit since 2015.
