It’s a record-breaking total for the United Way Perth-Huron.
The UWPH says it reached a total of $1.924 million in this year’s annual campaign which surpasses its campaign goal of $1.762 million and is up 18 per cent over last year.
The money raised will go to addressing issues in the area including poverty, homelessness and social isolation.
