Perth County OPP says they laid ten seatbelt charges over the Easter long weekend.
Police took part in the Spring Seatbelt Campaign from Friday to Monday with the seatbelt charges, along with a variety of other traffic, drug and alcohol charges, laid.
They’re asking drivers and passengers to always take the time to buckle up after not wearing seatbelts was a factor in fifty-five people dying on OPP patrolled roads last year.
