Police say a 33-year-old South Huron resident faces charges after a domestic assault investigation.
Huron County OPP say they received a call last Friday from a home in South Huron about a domestic disturbance that had just happened.
Officers say they learned the accused had assaulted the victim with a weapon and threatened to kill the victim.
After a short foot chase, the accused was arrested and they were then searched with a switchblade found.
The accused faces a long list of charges including Assault with a Weapon and Utter Threats.
A court date has been set for later this spring.
