Officials say the four lots, located on Crane Avenue, offer flexible zoning and include 23 acres of ‘shovel ready’ land.

The new Crane West Business Park is located west off Erie Street North.

Joani Gerber is the CEO of investStratford and she says there are lots of businesses in the city that are developing.

“We’ve got a lot of really great businesses that started here in the last five, ten, twenty-five years and they’re growing and they need land and buildings in order to expand and grow their workforce.”

Despite the pandemic, officials say interest in Stratford’s industrial land hasn’t slowed down with construction activity in the Wright Industrial Park currently at an all-time high with more than 15 acres of land sold in 2020 and additional sales pending for 2021.
