Perth County OPP looking for witnesses after pedestrian hit by vehicle in West Perth

Perth County is seeking witnesses after a pedestrian was hit by a vehicle in West Perth.

Around 7:30 Friday night, police say a pedestrian was struck by the passenger side mirror of a white Sport Utility Vehicle that was travelling westbound on Perth Line 24, near Staffa.

The pedestrian suffered minor injuries and the driver of the SUV didn’t not stop or help, but continued driving and was last seen travelling westbound on Perth Line 24.

Police are seeking any witnesses, or anyone who may have been driving in the area at the time with dash camera footage.

The make and model of the suspect vehicle are unknown.

Anyone with information is asked to call Perth County OPP or Crime Stoppers.
