Police say a 20-year-old North Perth resident has been charged with assaulting a minor in Listowel.
Perth County OPP says they received a report just after 7 o’clock at night on April 9th about a disturbance in the area of McLaren Avenue North.
They say they determined an 11-year-old victim had been assaulted but they weren’t injured.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Stratford at a later date.
