Police: Seaforth man charged after being found with purple fentanyl

A 30-year-old Seaforth man faces charges after police say he was caught with purple fentanyl.

Perth County OPP says they stopped a vehicle just before midnight on Perth Line 34 on April 23rd after it caught the eye of an officer for a Highway Traffic Act violation.

Police say the officer found drug paraphernalia, as well as purple fentanyl, in the vehicle.

The man faces charges including drug possession and he has a future court date in Stratford.
