The Oxford County OPP is asking all drivers to help them reduce preventable collisions.
The total number of collisions reported for 2013 in the county was 251 compared to 2012 which saw 239.
In particular, police noticed a spike in parking lot collisions.
The OPP asks drivers out there to be more aware of their surroundings when using high traffic areas, and more specifically parking lots.
