A 911 call from an observant Mitchell resident has led to charges.
The OPP says a suspicious man was spotted just before noon Tuesday on St. Andrew Street.
Police confirmed there was a break-in at the home he was seen near.
Officers found the suspect and the stolen property a short time later.
The 21-year-old West Perth man is facing three charges.
