MP Jason Kenney has tweeted that the soldier shot has died. This has not been confirmed by official sources in Ottawa. Three people are in Ottawa Hospital. The hospital has confirmed that two of the three victims are in stable condition. They are not confirming the condition of the soldier and are refferring the media tho the Department of Defence. The soldier who was shot at Ottawa’s War Memorial is a reservist serving with the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders
