Milverton and the rest of Perth East were hit hard by the freezing rain over the weekend.
Many residents are still in the dark as hydro crews work to restore power.
The Perth East Recreation Complex (PERC) will available as a warming centre starting at 9:00am this morning if the power is not restored.
PERC is located at 40 Temperance Street in Milverton.
The Perth East Public Library is closed today due to a power outage.
