A 25-year-old Huron East man faces charges after police say he assaulted two people in Vanastra.
Huron County OPP says they were called to an apartment building on 12th Street around 11:40 Thursday night after reports of a suspect with a weapon causing a disturbance throughout the building.
The suspect was quickly arrested and police say he had assaulted two victims including a 29-year-old Huron East man who’s still in the hospital with serious injuries.
The suspect has charged with several offences including Aggravated Assault and Assault with a Weapon.
He remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Goderich on Monday.
