Catch one of the best shows in the night sky August 11-13! From midnight to dawn is ‘prime time’ for watching the #PerseidMeteorShower.

That means you’ll see the most meteors in the shortest amount of time during those days.

This year, you can expect to see up to 60 – 80 shooting stars as we call it an hour at the shower’s peak, according to Earthsky.org.

You’ll get a great view no matter where you are in Perth County, so long as there’s no cloud cover.

Big open spaces are the best. So, grab your chairs, sleeping bags or blanket and enjoy the show!

Will you be watching?
