A community COVID-19 outbreak has been declared in North Perth.
It follows twelve new COVID-19 cases being identified in the area over the weekend.
Huron Perth Public Health reports there was also one new case identified in Stratford.
There are currently twenty active cases of the virus across Huron Perth.
