Masks, screening forms part of going to Stratford Warriors preseason games

There are a few things to keep in mind if you’re heading to a Stratford Warriors game.

The team’s preseason starts Friday night against the Komoka Kings at the Stratford Rotary Complex with a maximum of 200 fans being allowed in to watch the game on a first come first served basis and an admission fee of $5.

Fans will need to wear masks at all times during the games and they will also need to fill out a COVID-19 screening form when they arrive at the game.

Director of Hockey Operations for the Stratford Warriors, Jason Clarke, says fans aren’t currently required to be vaccinated to go to a game.

“A league policy around vaccination and COVID-19 is being developed; it’s not finalized yet so it’s yet to be determined whether or not there will be a vaccination requirement for fans.”

Puck drop for Friday game is 8 p.m.
