Fire officials tell MyStratfordNow.com two motorcycle riders and a car collided next to the Shakespeare Inn.
A 52-year-old man and a younger woman were transported to the hospital by ambulance.
The road remains closed in the area while investigators are at the scene.

Highway 7/8 (Line 34) is currently closed in Shakespeare due to a collision.
Police tweeted Sunday afternoon that the road is closed between Perth Road 107 and Perth Road 106.
No other details were released.
Ontario Provincial Police are at the scene and drivers should avoid the area.
