Stratford Police say a 54-year-old man faces charges after he was wandering around in the backyard of a home.
Police say they were called around 1 a.m. Tuesday about a suspicious person in the backyard of a home in the west end of Stratford.
The man was still in the area when police arrived and he was arrested and charged with trespassing and breaching his probation.
He has a court appearance scheduled for October.
