People close to teams in the Greater Ontario Junior Hockey League will need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
The league says all player access personnel must have both of their shots by the time the season starts on September 24th.
The personnel include players, coaches, trainers, team and league staff, officials, volunteers and billet families.
Billet family members under the age of eligibility for the vaccine are excluded.
Officials say people who can’t be vaccinated for medical reasons or grounds under the Ontario Human Rights Code will be accommodated for.
