Death toll from COVID-19 pandemic in Huron Peth now at 64

Two more deaths are being connected to COVID-19 in our region.

Huron Perth Public Health updated their data Tuesday afternoon with the new deaths bringing the death toll to 64 since the start of the pandemic.

Officials tell MyStratfordNow.com the two deaths were community members and they weren’t connected to any ongoing outbreaks.

There are five new cases being reported in the area including three in Stratford with the other two in Huron County.

There are 28 active cases across Huron Perth.
