Stratford Police say they won’t tolerate violence when it comes to new vaccine policy

Stratford Police say they won’t tolerate violence, threats or aggressive behaviour over the new COVID-19 vaccine policy.

As of Wednesday, you’ll need to show proof of being vaccinated in order to do things like eat inside restaurants and bars, enter a gym, movie theatre, sporting event or concert and to use a large meeting and event space.

SPS says they are asking everyone to be patient and understanding with one another.

They add they will continue to use the approach that has been used throughout this pandemic of education first before enforcement.

However, they add any violence or aggressive behaviour will be dealt with accordingly.
