The Local Needs a new Truck! For the past 6 years, their truck held up to 250,000 lbs of fresh local food needed for community meals and programs each year. This truck is constantly on the go and it looks like its retirement is near. They’re looking for a replacement truck to allow their storehouse team to travel to auctions, pick up large scale food donations, and expand the reach  throughout the county to help even more people. Jamie Cottle had a chat with Judy Roulston, volunteer with The Local about teaming up with Simple Dreams for the $2 Giveaway fundraising challenge.
