Time running out on Humane Society’s special Halloween adoption fee

The Stratford Perth Humane Society is still teeming with cats.

Elspeth MacDonald with the SPHS tells us just how bad the problem is:

MacDonald says they’re running a seasonal promotion right now to help move the cats:

The special adoption rate is on until tomorrow.
