A 40-year-old Listowel man has been charged after police say he was threatening other people.
Perth County OPP say they received a call just after midnight on October 23rd about a person climbing exterior balconies in the area of Barber Avenue North.
Police say they learned the suspect had spoken to residents and threatened them.
He’s been charged with uttering threats and he has a future court appearance scheduled in Stratford.
