Another candidate is throwing her hat into the ring to represent our region provincially.
Stratford city councilor Jo-Dee Burbach says she’s the approved nomination candidate for the Perth-Wellington NDP.
She says her virtual nomination meeting will be taking place on Sunday, November 28th at 11 a.m.
The news comes after Perth-Wellington PC MPP Randy Pettapiece announced earlier this week he won’t seek re-election in the next Ontario election.
Matthew Rae announced on Thursday that he will seek the PC nomination for the riding.
