The St.Marys Fire Department is getting a helping hand purchasing new training materials.
Fifty fire departments across Ontario, including the one in St.Mary’s, are on the receiving end of a $250,000 donation from Enbridge Gas.
It’s part of the company’s Safe Community Project Assist with the funds shared between the departments.
The money will be used to buy educational materials for firefighters to enhance life-saving techniques.
