A 39-year-old man faces numerous charges after police say he damaged property and assaulted an officer.
Perth County OPP says they were contacted around 10:30 a.m. on November 18th about a male suspect being on private property and causing damage in Listowel.
Police arrived at the scene and officers say the man assaulted a member of the force while he was being arrested.
The officer wasn’t seriously injured and now the man faces charges including Assault with Intent to Resist Arrest.
