Police say an 8-year-old girl has died after a collision involving pedestrians in London.
No charges have been laid in Tuesday night’s collision but London Police say a 76-year-old female driver was involved and she stayed at the scene.
It happened as the woman was driving westbound on Riverside Drive at Wonderland Road in the city’s west end where police say she hit another vehicle at the light and may have collided with a second vehicle before she eventually struck the pedestrians.
Eleven people were injured with conditions ranging from minor to life-threatening.
Girl Guides of Canada have confirmed a number of their members were involved.
