Stratford’s Brittlestar giving back to those in need with return of charity program

A social media star from Stratford is trying to do his part to help make sure everyone enjoys the holidays.

For the second year in a row, Stuart Reynolds, better known as Brittlestar, is supporting The Christmas Wish Tree charity program.

Through the program, people can go to a website and find a wishlist submitted by organizations including women’s shelters and second-stage housing that have children under their care.

Users can then order a gift from the list and it will be automatically delivered.

Reynolds says the first year for the charity was a great success.

“We had about 27,000 people in total over the course of the month and a half it was up and running so that’s a really good turnout, I think we can do much better this year.”
