Local health officials say additional measures could be taken if COVID-19 keeps spreading in our region.
A spokesperson with Huron Perth Public Health tells MyStratfordNow.com that right now they don’t plan to issue a Section 22 Order to impose more restrictions against the virus.
However, residents are being strongly encouraged to follow the recommendations around gatherings and working from home that were issued last week and to get vaccinated.
HPPH says it continues to work with other health units in the region to monitor the situation.
